Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our development programs and research projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for project planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Requirements
• Master's degree in Project Management, Development Studies, or related field
• PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing development projects
• Experience with donor-funded projects (World Bank, USAID, EU)
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Asana)
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Experience working in East Africa preferred

• Prepare progress reports and presentations
• Ensure compliance with donor requirements and regulations
