Research Consultant - Education Policy (Part-time)

We are seeking a part-time Research Consultant to support our education policy research initiatives. This flexible position is ideal for experienced professionals looking to contribute to impactful education research while maintaining other commitments.

• PhD in Education, Public Policy, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in education research or policy
• Proven track record of published research in education
• Experience with education systems in developing countries
• Strong analytical and research methodology skills
• Excellent writing and presentation abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Flexibility to travel for field research when required

• Lead education policy research studies and initiatives
• Design research methodologies and data collection instruments
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and focus group discussions
• Analyze education data and prepare policy recommendations
• Write research reports, policy briefs, and academic papers
• Present findings at conferences and policy forums
• Mentor junior research staff and interns
• Collaborate with government agencies and education partners
